Mark Ide, President & Chief Executive Officer
With more than 30 years of operational and administrative experience in multi-location healthcare and social service organizations, Mark has focused expertise in the areas of operational management, operational analysis, financial management, acquisitions and marketing. In 1997, he founded IMG, which he grew from a modest five skilled nursing facilities to 22 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Mark received his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and holds a dual master's degree in Social Work and Business Administration.

Lisa Fields, RN, BSN, HFA
Director of Clinical Operations & Regional Director of Operations, Southern Region

Lisa has more than 32 years experience in long term care facility management. Her experience in implementing operational and clinical strategies ensures regulatory compliance and quality care at all levels. Beyond her leadership at IMG, Lisa also owns a successful healthcare consulting company that provides operational and nursing oversight to facilities experiencing regulatory issues. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and has her Nursing Home Administrator license and Registered Nursing License in Indiana.

Katie Gould, Regional Director of Operations, Iowa Region
Katie has more than 14 years experience in leading both skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Katie is very hands on leader, spending time to get to know residents and staff whenever possible.  Throughout her years she has shown an unwavering commitment to IMG's philosophy of "Residents First, Employee Always."  She is involved with the Iowa Healthcare Association and was the recipient of their Distinguished Administrator Award in 2015.  Katie holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and she maintains a nursing home Administrator License in both Iowa and Minnesota.

Donna Draper, Vice-President of Human Resources
Donna serves as the Vice-President of Human Resources for IMG. She directs the HR functions for all IMG facilities, as well as oversees sister company, Integrated Resources Management. Donna earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and holds her Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) Certification. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare.   

Ashok Mohan, Executive Vice-President of Rehab Services
With more than 26 years experience as a physical therapist, Ashok was recruited to IMG to lead, educate and train the rehab coordinators in all 22 of the skilled nursing facilities. He leads IMG in his role as the Executive Vice-President of TruRehab, a sister company of IMG. Along with operating TruRehab, Ashok also manages staffing and budgets as well as establishing new programs and guidelines that are state specific and meet the CMS requirements for all IMG facilities. Ashok holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from Christian Medical College in Vellore, India.

Holly Morris, Vice President of Business Development
With over 17 years of experience in marketing and sales, Holly has focused expertise in the areas of strategic planning, branding, culture change, and acquisition transitions. Beyond sales and marketing, Holly also manages renovation and remodeling projects for new acquisitions as well as existing properties.  Prior to joining IMG in 2000, she worked in her chosen field of aging in a variety of roles including social worker, admissions coordinator, marketer, and trainer and aging consultant.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Troy State University.

Bill Edwards, Esq., CHC,  Chief Compliance Officer
Bill brings more than 16 years of experience in representing Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities and various other businesses.   He has worked in law firms and as in-house, General Counsel.  As a member of the executive management team for a national privately held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), he was a decision maker for regulatory compliance, complex commercial litigation strategy, employment litigation, contracts, and corporate compliance. Bill received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Florida Southern College. While in college, he achieved many honors and served as commencement speaker for his graduating class.
