To Residents, Family Members, and Friends:
This has been quite a challenging year navigating this Pandemic and IMG’s goal, from the start, was to remain transparent in all our facility operations. Continuing with this goal in mind, I made a difficult decision to retire as of November 1st , 2020. As a result, Ide Management Group (IMG) will no longer operate any facilities.

Congratulations to Keana Ison, student nursing assistant, from Silver Memories!  Keana is the IMG September Customer Service Superstar! Keana has been employed with us for 2 years as a Student nursing assistant. She hopes to continue her education and become an RN. Keana exhibits sincere Customer Service in all she does. She arrives with a smile on her face ready to go and leaves after a tiring 12-hour SNA shift with that same smile shining bright. Keana not only ensures her responsibilities are competed to the best of her ability but she is always going above and beyond to make our residents and her coworkers' life a little better.

This month we had many Superstar choices and really, we need superstars more than ever before during this time of COVID.  IMG is very fortunate to continue to have good people committed to the company even with the Pandemic.  We couldn’t decide this month and opted to award two superstar winners.

Congratulations to Karen Kubura!  Karen, a CNA and med aide at Urbandale, is the June Customer Service Superstar!

Karen has been with Urbandale for over 5 years now.   Karen is very helpful to her fellow aides and nurses, both as a CNA and a med aide. She is quick to pick up extra tasks for both when she sees help is needed. She’s intuitive and aware of what is going on around her at all times. She moves quicker than lightening and knows what her Residents need before they even ask.

In light of our recovery from COVID 19 and to recognize the true heroes in this facility, our COVID unit workers. The dedication through this facility’s most trying and difficult times, facing the unknown, and working our way through finding avenues to care for our Residents with COVID is set the highest standard of compassionate care we have seen.  There are not enough thanks for all the long hours, difficult days, loss, and ever-changing guidance that the staff endured while working the unit.
