Keosauqua Health Care Center
“Tough “times don’t last, tough people do” For one facility despite tough times they continue to remain “Resident’s First, Employees Always” every hour of every day and continue to be a profitable and top choice building not just in their region, but in the state as a whole. We are honored to nominate Keosauqua Healthcare Center as facility of the year.
Keosauqua is one of the newer members of the IMG family but within that short time they have been outstanding leaders in senior care and community involvement.
Deanna Hickman, Cloverleaf Healthcare
Having had the opportunity to work with multiple Administrators and facilities, I would like to nominate Deanna Hickman, Administrator at Cloverleaf Healthcare, as Administrator of the year.
Deanna has worked with IMG for many years. She has shown throughout her tenure of employment her level of devotion and dedication to IMG.
Deanna is a leader that honors our practice of residents first. She is highly active in all issues that are going on within her facility related to all aspects.
Sam Conner, Cloverleaf
Cloverleaf’s Health Care in Knightsville, Indiana would like to nominate CNA, Sam Conner, for IMG customer service superstar 2017. Sam Conner is a CNA who has worked at Cloverleaf for 6 years. Sam has been nominated for her supporting role to a resident who has a rare neurological disease that has affected not just the resident herself but also has affected the resident’s family too. It is often said that working with the elderly “requires the patience of a saint.” When in reality it requires compassion, humanity, kindness and the patience of a saint.
Jenell Dixon, Kendallville Manor
Jenell has been at Kendallville Manor since August 2011. She started as a part time RN and accepted the DON position in 2012. In a smaller facility like Kendallville Manor, the Director of Nursing often wears several hats and Jenell is a superstar at it!! Her emotional commitment drives her to work as a charge nurse if the scheduled nurse has a family emergency or when an unexpected illness arises; she has worked as a C.N.A. and her dedication shows every time she helps any department when needed. When she overhears a C.N.A. asking for extra help, many times I have heard her say,“I can help! I’ll be right there!”
Katie Clodfelter, North Logan
To say it best Katie Clodfelter is one of the rare gems that you will find at North Logan Health Care. Katie is the Rehab Director at our facility and to say she does a good job would not be enough to describe the joy, happiness and effort that she brings to our facility. We at North Logan Health Care can always count on Katie to be the life of any party and the positive vibe to every situation brought her way. Katie not only cares for the physical state of each and every resident here at our facility but she also takes time to support their mental well- being. Taking care of the heart, making sure that every need is met and that no one person gives up to early
